Our story began with a simple yet powerful idea - to create a space where HR professionals could come together, share their experiences, and learn from one another.
We recognized the increasingly widening knowledge and skills gaps among particularly young HR professionals and decided to provide a solution by creating a platform where practical knowledge, insights and tips could be shared among members to bridge the learning gaps.
Born in 2019 after the first edition of our flagship programme, Taiwo Coffee Chat, The HR Foundry has grown into a vibrant community of HR practitioners, thought leaders, and industry experts. Our members represent a diverse range of organizations, from small startups to Blue Chip companies, and hail from various corners of the globe. What unites us is our shared commitment to elevating the HR profession and enhancing the employee experience.
